PURPOSE: A semiconductor device is provided to prevent the distortion of a duty ratio of an input output signal generated in a process of serializing the input output signal according to a multi-phase clock signal in a multiplexer by forming the multiplexer in a single-ended method. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of synchronization units(200A, 200B, 200C, 200D) is applied with a plurality of signals swinging in the CMOS domain. The synchronization units output a plurality of signals swinging in the CML domain by synchronizing the signals to the multi-phase clock signal sequentially. A plurality of first swing domain converting units converts signals swinging in the CML domain.
