The invention relates to the method for SAHH deficiency diagnosis. The subject invention is aiming to provide a simple, efficient and quick method for SAHH deficiency diagnosis using proteomics methods. Proteins are key macromolecules regulating cellular molecular events, and consequently, any change in the protein expression has strong impact on the cellular physiological processes contributing ultimately to the development of a disease. The subject invention provides the method of determining proteomic profile of biological sample, and establishes the differences between diseased and control samples.
