The device has a double flow exchanger (10) provided with a primary circuit (1) and a secondary circuit (2). The primary circuit is partially supplied with air remained in an outer tampon volume (11) managed in walls of a habitable space. The volume is supplied by the air received from a ventilation space (30) and a Canadian well type air/soil exchange network (40). The volume is arranged in such a manner that the air is filled in the volume after the volume undergoes heat exchange in the primary circuit, and is finally exhausted outside the habitable space.
