PURPOSE: A bone boring drill is provided, which can prevent damage of the periostium within the maxillary sinus in boring the lower bone. CONSTITUTION: A bone boring drill comprises: cutting part(110) combined with the upper portion; a shank part(120) rotating the cutting part in the bottom; and a drilling depth controlling element(130) controlling the drilling depth of the cutting part. The drilling depth controlling element includes; a screw protrusion; cutout units which are cut vertically on the outer circumference of the screw protrusion; a plurality of balls; and a cylindrical guide member.
