<p>A press for semidry pressing of ceramic articles contains a frame and a pressing chamber with a pressing piston, the wall of which, situated opposite the pressing surface of the piston, is formed by a shutter connected to a drive means for its movement. The essence of the solution consists in the implementation of a drive means for moving the shutter, which comprises a power cylinder and an articulated mechanism consisting of two rigid members. The outer ends of the members are articulatedly connected, one member being connected to the shutter and the other member to the frame of the press. The power drive means maintains the members of the articulated mechanism, installed in the closure position of the shutter until the pressing process is complete, and returns said mechanism to its initial position after removal of the pressed article.</p> |
