PURPOSE: A resistance memory chip is provided to share a command pin, a control pin, address pin, and a data pin by physically including only one memory access interface. CONSTITUTION: A first array(110) comprises a first variable resistance memory cell. The first variable resistance memory cell has a first resistance level corresponding to a first data or a second resistance level which is higher than the first resistance level corresponding to the second data.
