A method of aseptically filling an acidic drink and storing the same at an ordinary temperature at a low cost without using a highly heat-tolerant container or an expensive production system whereby an acidic drink, which has a certain level of acidity and contains an approved amount of spores remaining therein, can be appropriately stored while avoiding putrefaction. The inside of a container (2) is pasteurized with a bactericide (b) and hot water (c) so as to prevent the survival of bacterial vegetative cells, molds and yeasts while allowing the survival of bacterial spores. Next, a pasteurized content (a), which has such an acidity level as being capable of preventing the bacterial spores as described above from germination, is filled in this container at an ordinary or low temperature followed by sealing the container with a cap (3) to give a packed product (1).
