PURPOSE: A leg sporting tool is provided, which induces long-term exercise of a user actively and reduces fat of the abdominal muscle or the muscle of the waist part. CONSTITUTION: A leg sporting tool comprises: a housing(10) in which first and second receptors are formed, an inlet is formed in the lower part of the first and second receptors, and two secondary receiving parts are respectively installed in both sides of the first and second receptors; a compression spring equipped in the first and second receptors; first and second step parts(30,30a) equipped with a guide bar; and a length control part located in the inlet of the housing.
