PURPOSE: It regularly keeps interval between the lighting-emitting area and the photo diode and angle and the media image recognition apparatus measures the transmission amount in the optimum condition. The image quality of media is improved. CONSTITUTION: The lighting-emitting area(20) generates the light transmitting the media. The photo diode(40) keeps the lighting-emitting area and the regular interval. The photo diode comprises the image sensor recognizing the image of media. The support spacer(30) is included between the lighting-emitting area and photo diode. The support spacer forms the transfer channel passing through media.
