PURPOSE: A kitchen utensil with an exhaust hole is provided to reduce carbonization of a handle by guiding some amount of flame to an exhaust hole during cooking. CONSTITUTION: A kitchen utensil with an exhaust hole(43) comprises: a body(41); one or more exhaust holes which are protruded from the center of the bottom surface of the body to the top; a handle(45) which is fixed to the side of the body; and a lid which discharges steam through the exhaust hole during cooking by covering the body.
