PURPOSE: A DRM contents transfer system and a method thereof are provided to use contents and usage permission by enabling opponent terminal to connect to a server through a callback SMS message. CONSTITUTION: A DRM contents server(130) receives contents and usage permission from the first terminal(110). The DRM contents server provides call back SMS(Short Message Service) message to the first terminal. If the second terminal(112) is connected through the call back SMS message, the DRM contents server confirms information of the first terminal. The DRM contents server provides the contents and the usage permission to the second terminal. |
