CONTROL DEVICE AND LED LIGHT EMITTING DEVICE USING THE CONTROL DEVICE

PURPOSE: A control device and an LED light emitting device using the control device are provided to control the output voltage of a converter by controlling the detection voltage of the LED with a voltage close to a reference voltage. CONSTITUTION: A light emitting device comprises a plurality of LED heats(S1-S32) consisting of a plurality of LEDs. A plurality of switches are connected to a plurality of LED rows. A plurality of switches corresponds to the output voltage applied in a plurality of LED rows. A plurality of switches successively transfers the sensing voltage of a plurality of LED row. A comparator(340) receives a plurality of sensing voltages. The comparator generates a clock control signal. Tthe clock signal generator(360) generates the clock signal. The cycle of the clock signal is changed according to the clock control signal. A shift register(390) controls switch controls switching of a plurality of switches according to a clock signal.
