PURPOSE: A rule-based wireless network optimization method using measured data is provided to optimize a wireless network based on a rule by using measured data in order to obtain a wireless network optimized result. CONSTITUTION: A wireless network optimization system loads base station data and measured data to a system(201), and classifies the relation type between each target base station and the measured point by judging a radio wave state between each target base station and the measured point(202). The wireless network optimization system detects base station data for improving a target value according to the pre-defined relation type rule(203).
