The invention relates to a continuous urban transport means that moves by air down wide avenues. Said means has two levels, one for users (7) and the other for goods (8), the ends of said levels being two steel guides (3a and 3b) down which trains (4) travel in different directions. Two auxiliary passages (7) are located next to said levels, one for each direction, the floor thereof being a conveyor belt (2) from station to station. There are fifty metres available to get on and accelerate until reaching the same speed and level as the trains, four hundred metres for the users to pass through, and fifty end metres for decelerating and getting off at the next station. The train does not need to stop so that the users get on or off, reducing the travel time by five and enabling the transport of a hundred times more people.
