Provided is an encryption system using a novel algorithm that is confidential, complete, and reliable. A system (1) mainly comprises an encryption PC (2) that has an encryption processing function (4) and a decryption processing function (5), and said system is mainly provided with, for the encryption processing function (4), a means to obtain data to be encrypted (12), a proportion generating means (14), a data obtaining means (15), a dividing means (16), a permuting means (17), an adding means (18), and an encryption generating means (21); and for the decryption processing function (5), a means to obtain data to be decrypted, a decryption proportion generating means, a decryption data obtaining means, a decryption position generating means, a scope specifying means, a subtraction means, a reverse permutation means, and a decryption generating means.
