PURPOSE: A construction method for strengthening and coloring the surface of concrete is provided to improve durability, abrasion-resistance, and discoloration-resistance without using organic compounds. CONSTITUTION: A construction method for strengthening and coloring the surface of concrete is as follows. The surface of concrete is grinded using a grinder. The grinder uses a diamond pad, and eliminates dust, foreign materials, and water in the surface of the concrete. A concrete coating composite is spread on the surface of the concrete.
