PURPOSE: A mobile station, a base station and a method for an uplink service are provided to supply high speed data service between a wireless communication system and a terminal. CONSTITUTION: A base station transmits the information a transmission control protocol packet and a fixed code to a terminal(S305), and receives a code number from the terminal by using the fixed code(S311). The base station searches a request bandwidth for the code number, and allocates the resource to the terminal(S313,S314,S315). The base station receives the ACK packet for the TCP packet through the allocated resource(S317).
