PURPOSE: A reinforcing bar coupling apparatus is provided to rapidly perform wire binding processes to enable operators to conveniently bind reinforcing bars on-site. CONSTITUTION: A reinforcing bar coupling apparatus comprises a main body(100), a connection shaft, a movable bundle, a fixed bundle(400), a guide cap(500), and a movable pulling body(600). The connection shaft is coupled with a rotary shaft projected from the main body. The movable bundle is inserted into the connection shaft and is supported by an elastic body(230). The fixed bundle is inserted into the movable bundle and is fixed with the connection shaft. The guide cap covers the outside of the projected fixed bundle and is coupled with the movable bundle.
