PURPOSE: A plasma display panel is provided to prevent a substrate from damaging by adjusting the arrangement between a dielectric layer and a sealant. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of substrates includes a first substrate and a second substrate, which opposes to the first substrate. A plurality of first discharge electrodes is arranged on a first substrate. A first dielectric layer(110) fills the first discharge electrode. A second discharge electrode is arranged on the second substrate. A second dielectric layer(113) fills the second discharge electrode. A partition wall(114) is arranged between the first substrate and the second substrate. A sealant(117) is arranged between the first substrate and the second substrate.
