A POWER MANAGEMENT IC WITH A VOLTAGE REGULATOR

PURPOSE: A power management IC with a voltage regulator is provided to reduce the number of an external terminal and the size of a chip by controlling and receiving a voltage which is naturally generated in system operation. CONSTITUTION: A first integrated circuit(521) comprises a boost converter IC(521b), a reference voltage generating circuit(521c), and an EEPROM(521a). The boost converter generates a second voltage(VDD) by using the first voltage(VCC). The boost converter supplies the second voltage to a charge pump(510). A second integrated circuit(522) receives a third voltage(VGH) and a fourth voltage(VGL). A second integrated circuit outputs a fifth voltage(VGH1) and a sixth voltage(VGL1). The second integrated circuit comprises a voltage regulator(522a). The voltage regulator adjusts a third voltage and a fourth voltage or a fifth voltage and a sixth voltage. The voltage regulator generates a eighth voltage(VE2) and a ninth voltage(VE3).
