PURPOSE: A reinforced fiberboard, a method for manufacturing the same, and a construction method thereof are provided to reinforce a structure for a long time and to maintain colors, unique properties, and a tensile strength by preventing the reinforced fiberboard from being exposed to atmosphere due to coated optical materials. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a reinforced fiberboard(1) comprises the following steps: manufacturing a reinforced fiberboard main body by impregnating a fiber textile made with a resin of para-aramid, carbon fiber, polyethylene, polyarylate, PBO, or glass fiber; drying the reinforced fiberboard main body after attaching an optical material(3) of a particle shape on one side of the reinforced fiberboard main body using an adhesive(6); and printing a paint(4) on the surface of the optical material.
