PURPOSE: A memory device and a memory system including the same are provided to improved reliability and data storage efficiency by changing the number of sectors consisting pages and a size of each sector. CONSTITUTION: A memory device comprises a word line and a plurality of memory cells connected to the word line. The plurality of memory cells forms pages(Page1, Page2). The number and the size of sectors which consists the page are varied. The number of sectors comprising page decreases according to the reduction of the reliability of page. The reliability of page is determined according to the number of program erasing of the page.
