The present invention relates to a system and a method for long-distance control of an end-point terminal in a CPNS environment, and a CPNS server and a mobile communication terminal for the same. When receiving from the mobile communication terminal a request for information from the end-point terminal which transceives information with other mobile communication terminals through a wireless LAN (Local Area Network), the CPNS server: performs an authentication procedure for receiving the information from the end-point terminal to the mobile communication terminal; then requests and receives the information from the end-point terminal by detecting the other mobile communication terminals associated with the end-point terminal; and then provides the mobile communication terminal with the information. The mobile communication terminal: requests and receives the information from the end-point terminal through the CPNS server, wherein the end-point terminal is placed beyond the wireless communication region of the mobile communication terminal; and then controls the operation of the corresponding end-point terminal by transceiving the information with the end-point terminal through the CPNS server. Therefore, the invention enables long-distance control and management over the end-point terminal associated with other mobile communication terminals.
