摘要 A battery ECU (4) detects a charge state value and a temperature of an accumulation unit (6) and transmits the values to an HV-ECU (2). The HV-ECU (2) calculates an allowable charge/discharge power of the accumulation unit (6) according to the charge state value and the temperature of the accumulation unit (6). The HV-ECU (2) makes a correction so as to pose such a limit that a change is performed at a predetermined first change speed for the allowable charge/discharge power when setting an allowable control charge/discharge power. The HV-ECU (2) decides a target power value based on a driver's request within a range of the allowable control charge/discharge power. Upon start of a vehicle, the HV-ECU (2) uses the maximum value in the allowable charge/discharge power characteristic of the accumulation unit (6) as an initial value and sets the allowable control charge/discharge power so that the value is reduced from the initial value at a second change speed exceeding the first change speed.
