The exchanger (10) has a set of inlet openings for feeding cooling liquid to an engine (12), and a set of outlet openings for outputting cooling liquid of the engine. Another set of inlet openings inputs another cooling liquid to cool charge air and recirculated exhaust gas of the engine, and another set of outlet openings outputs the latter cooling liquid to cool the charge air and recirculated exhaust gas of the engine. An upper case includes a compartment with the inlet openings. An independent claim is also included for a vehicle comprising an engine.
