PURPOSE: A precision dynamic gas dilution calibrator is provided to prevent a blockage of a capillary tube and to evaluate the detecting performance of a measuring device in a precise level. CONSTITUTION: A precision dynamic gas dilution calibrator comprises: a first sonic nozzle bank(15) which is installed to an air line which supplies air on an inlet of a first sonic nozzle(13); a second sonic nozzle bank(16) which is installed to a gas line which supplies calibrating gas and has a second sonic nozzle and a laminar mass flow controller; and dilution chamber(22) which dilutes the calibrating gas with air by connecting to the first sonic nozzle and the second sonic nozzle.
