LED CONTROL CIRCUIT AND CONTROL METHOD, AND IMAGE DISPLAY APPARATUS AND LUMINAIRE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the luminance of an LED by modulating the on duty cycle of the LED using pulse width modulation (PWM) and mixing light emitted from an LED in a time domain to control a light-emitting diode (LED).

SOLUTION: Multiple duty cycle signals corresponding to multiple LEDs are stored in a dual port memory 301 by memory mapping. The stored duty cycle signals are output by sampling to generate multiple parallel single-bit data each having one bit. After the single-bit data is converted by a data transmission module 313, each bit of the single-bit data is output in serial to a drive module 330 to drive the LED.
