PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive circuit for a piezoelectric pump capable of suppressing influence of noise without increasing the number of divisions of a voltage axis component of a drive voltage.

SOLUTION: A drive control signal where the voltage axis component is divided at equal intervals is set to be a sinusoidal wave digital signal, and the voltage axis component of the sinusoidal wave digital signal is divided into at least two regions: a first region where an absolute value of a tangent slope of a reference signal waveform derived from the sinusoidal wave digital signal is relatively large and a second region where the absolute value of the tangent slope of the reference signal waveform is relatively small. A digital signal generation part 520 generates a weighting division signal, in which the first region of the voltage axis component is divided at equal intervals that are larger than the intervals at which the sinusoidal wave digital signal is divided, and the second region is divided at equal intervals that are smaller than the intervals at which the sinusoidal wave digital signal is divided.
