摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To grasp accurately bitterness of a material containing an artificial sweetener. <P>SOLUTION: As clarified from a measurement result to each sample liquid of a taste sensor when changing the amount of 2C<SB>10</SB>of a lipid in the case of using PVC (polyvinyl chloride) 800 mg as a polymer material and using BBPA 1,000 &mu;l as a plasticizer, it is clear that the sensitivity to bitterness (quinine hydrochloride) of the taste sensor including the lipid 2C<SB>10</SB>at the ratio of 10-80 &mu;l to the plasticizer BBPA 1,000 &mu;l is remarkably high with respect to other taste materials including an artificial sweetener.
