<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To grasp accurately bitterness of a material containing an artificial sweetener. <P>SOLUTION: As clarified from a measurement result to each sample liquid of a taste sensor when changing the amount of 2C<SB>10</SB>of a lipid in the case of using PVC (polyvinyl chloride) 800 mg as a polymer material and using BBPA 1,000 μl as a plasticizer, it is clear that the sensitivity to bitterness (quinine hydrochloride) of the taste sensor including the lipid 2C<SB>10</SB>at the ratio of 10-80 μl to the plasticizer BBPA 1,000 μl is remarkably high with respect to other taste materials including an artificial sweetener. The taste sensor including 60 mg of the lipid 2C<SB>10</SB>is selected as the most suitable in consideration of durability, sensitivity or the like in this range. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
