<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the amount of radiation to a detector of visible light converted by a wavelength conversion layer without absorbing any radiation in a radiation image detector, where a support, the wavelength conversion layer, and the detector for detecting visible light converted by the wavelength conversion layer are laminated in this order. <P>SOLUTION: The support 33 is formed by an organic matter containing a number of bubbles 33a and is allowed not to contain any inorganic matters, and visible light converted by the wavelength conversion layer 32 is reflected toward the detector 31. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
