<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide 3D variable spindle machine equipped with a single spindle for processing a work and capable of sterically processing the work by varying the spindle up and down, from side to side, and back and forth, with a very simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: The 3D variable spindle machine comprises a frame 10 separated from the ground and arranged on the work, a pair of arch-shaped fore-and-aft rotation frame 20 connected to the frame 10, an arch-shaped side-to-side rotation frame 30 with the height relatively lower than the fore-and-aft turning frame 20 so as to be cross-connected to the fore-and-aft turning frame 20, and a spindle 50 vertically inserted to a crossing part between the fore-and-aft turning frame 20 and the side-to-side turning frame 30 to rotate along the fore-and-aft turning frame 20 and the side-to-side turning frame 30. A slipping member 40 connected to the spindle 50 is slidably connected to a lower surface of the fore-and-aft turning frame 20 and an upper surface of the side-to-side turning frame 30, which characterizes the 3D variable shaft machine. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
