SOLUTION: An operation log information acquisition part 31 acquires operation log information from the terminal C connected by a network N. An operation object information generation part 32 acquires operation log information of the terminal C from the operation log information acquisition part 31 to generate operation object information for each operation object. A unique operation determination part 33 determines, based on the result of comparing operation object information on a specific terminal with operation object information on a plurality of terminals C belonging to a group to which the specific terminal belongs, operation object information unique to the specific terminal in the group as unique operation object information.
