PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately measure the clearance between a casing and a rotor moving blade tip in a short time. SOLUTION: This system 300 inspects the moving blade tip clearance between a plurality of rotary moving blades 204 and a case 212 separated outside in the radial direction from the plurality of these rotary moving blades, and has a probe 304 sized insertable into an opening 220 in the case. The probe 304 is configured to detect the electromagnetic energy reflected from one or more moving blade tip parts 210 of one or more moving blades 204 among the plurality of moving blades 204. A control unit 334 is connected to communicate with the probe 304, and is configured to receive one or more signals indicating the detected electromagnetic energy from the probe 304.
