PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To seal a sealing liquid including mutually incompatible first and second liquids in a liquid chamber with a prescribed ratio. SOLUTION: In the method of manufacturing the liquid sealing type vibration control device, an outer cylinder 11 and an inner cylinder 12 are elastically connected through an elastomer 13, the liquid chamber 17 in the outer cylinder 11 is partitioned into a main liquid chamber 14 and a sub liquid chamber 15 by a partition member 16, and the sealing liquid including the mutually incompatible first and second liquids L1 and L2 is sealed in the liquid chamber 17. This method includes a body rubber making step of making body rubber 30 by integrating the outer cylinder 11, the inner cylinder 12 and the elastomer 13, an inside liquid assembly step of assembling a diaphragm 19 to the body rubber 30 by interposing a nozzle 40 between the partition member 16 and it after assembling the partition member 16 to the body rubber 30 in the first liquid L1 and sealing the first liquid L1 in the liquid chamber 17, and a liquid injection step of injecting the second liquid L2 to the liquid chamber 17 from the nozzle 40.
