PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide processing equipment of a steel pipe by which the steel pipe (product) of a prescribed length can be easily obtained. SOLUTION: Steel pipe moving means 130 is provided in the upper part of a conveying path 1 for conveying the steel pipe 300, and steel pipe processing means and steel pile clamp means are provided in a lower part. The steel pipe processing means cuts the steel pipe clamped by the steel pipe clamp means into round slices and then works the edge at the end face on a cut side. The steel pipe moving means includes a holding device 131 which can sandwich the starting end of the steel pipe in the width direction, a moving device 151 for reciprocating the holding device in the conveying path direction, and a measuring device for measuring the distance from the starting end face 300d of the steel pipe held and moved to the processing position K of the steel pipe processing means.
