PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform setting of a zero-point correction value (zero-point adjustment), setting of master/slave, or the like, simply at site by manual operation. SOLUTION: A zero-point adjustment instruction switch 62 and a mode switching instruction switch SW4 are provided on this electromagnetic flowmeter 6. The zero-point adjustment instruction switch 62 and the mode switching instruction switch SW4 are provided on a surface facing to a rotation center of a rotation type filling device. When the zero-point adjustment instruction switch 62 is operated, a flow rate signal at that time is acquired as the zero-point correction value, and the acquired zero-point correction value is stored in a memory. When the mode switching instruction switch SW4 is operated and the operation mode is set in a master mode, the flowmeter 6 functions as a master electromagnetic flowmeter, and when the operation mode is set in a slave mode, the flowmeter 6 functions as a slave electromagnetic flowmeter.
