<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shoe integrated tensioner easily installing and removing a shoe to a tensioner body, minimizing generation of a defective product, and improving assembling performance. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the shoe integrated tensioner 11, the lever type shoe 15 is pivoted via a pivot hole 14 bored in an arm 13 arranged in the tensioner body 12. A locking protrusion 18 formed on respective inner wall surfaces 17 and 17 of a frame 16, are separately and oppositely arranged inside the cross-sectional U-shaped frame 16 formed on the installation starting end side of the shoe 15, and the respective locking protrusions 18 and 18 of the frame 16 installed on the arm 13, are fit from both sides in the pivot hole 14 of the arm 13, and the shoe 15 is pivoted on the tensioner body 12.
