<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition for a tire, and the tire which improve well-balanced fuel consumption performance (rolling resistance) and wear resistance performance; and to provide further a rubber composition for a tire, and the tire which improve well-balanced fuel consumption performance, wear resistance performance and grip performance.
