<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low elastic V-ribbed belt for automobile auxiliary machine drive which is used without automatic tensioner between fixed shafts and can drive an auxiliary machine with big load. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A V-ribbed belt 1 having at least body rubber and core wire 4, wherein a belt elastic modulus is 15,000-45,000 N/mm/mm; the material of the core wire 4 is polyamide; and the core wire 4 is formed by combining the polyamide and high elastic polyester.
