<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image quality correction apparatus, an image quality correction method, and image quality correction program that correct image quality of blurred edge parts at high speed with accuracy. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A line or a curve forming a shape of an edge part is used for calculating a normal line in an edge pixel on the edge. An optional pixel located in a predetermined range from edge pixels is selected among a plurality of pixels that exist on the calculated normal line.
