<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylinder lock box which covers a cylinder lock body, and can use the same cylinder lock box even if doors are different in thickness from one another. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The cylinder lock box 2 includes a U-shaped central frame 5 which is mounted to the inside wall 3b of the jamb 3 of the door 1, one lateral frame 6 which is mounted to the one lateral surface of the central frame 5, and the other lateral frame 7 which is mounted to the other lateral surface of the central frame 5; the one lateral frame comprises a lateral plate 8, and a peripheral surface plate 10 which is attached to an outer peripheral edge of the lateral plate; the other lateral frame comprises a lateral plate, and a peripheral surface plate 11 which is attached to an outer peripheral edge of the lateral plate; the central frame, the one lateral frame and the other lateral one are assembled into a box shape; openings 14 and 15 as large as an opening for mounting the cylinder and an opening for mounting a door knob, are formed in the cylinder lock bodies, and formed in the lateral plate of the one lateral frame and that of the other lateral one, respectively; and the one lateral frame and the other lateral one can be moved in the width direction of the central frame.
