<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress damage to a bellows and prevent the entry of water and dust into a reservoir chamber. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Cylinders 14, 15 provided at both ends of the bellows 12 are fitted to the outer periphery of a spring seat 7 and to the upper part outer periphery of a cylinder 1, respectively, to form a sealed reservoir chamber 19 between the cylinder 1 and a sleeve 4. A seal lip 16 formed at the opening end of one cylinder 15 is put in elastic contact with the outer diameter face of the cylinder 1 to prevent the entry of water and dust into the reservoir chamber 19. The cylinder 15 is expanded during pressure rise in the reservoir chamber 19 due to the shrinkage of the bellows 12 to form a clearance between the cylinder 15 and the outer diameter face of the cylinder 1. The seal lip 16 is elastically deformed through the pressure of air flowing into the clearance so that the air in the reservoir chamber 19 is exhausted to outside to prevent the great deformation of the bellows 12 and suppress damage to the bellows 12.
