<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an axial flow fan for cooling an electronic component and electronic equipment mounted with the axial flow fan capable of carrying out noise reduction of the electronic equipment without providing a new space or a large pressure loss component on the outside of an electronic equipment casing. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Wind capacity necessary for cooling the electronic equipment by minimum operation noise is realized by the axial flow fan provided by slanting a rotation axis of blades and providing a blade diameter the same or more than a height limit of the electronic equipment casing in an outer circumference part frame in parallel with a wind blowing direction, and noise reduction of the electronic equipment can be carried out without providing a new space or a large pressure loss component.
