<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method for manufacturing a texture also enabling washing by water by acquiring desired hardness without the resin treatment or the like of a texture for a roller blind, a pleat blind, a vertical blind or the like. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the blind type texture devises a means that knitting yarn C in a denier of ≥10 and ≤50 in a single-yarn size in 1 to 15 thick single yarn in a single-yarn denier is knitted by three kinds of A, B and C knitting yarn while the chain stitches of the knitting yarn C are passed to chain-stitching warp A and engaged right and left or the knitting yarn C is entwined to the chain-stitches in the vertical direction for increasing the hardness of the texture when knitting the blind type texture by knitting the knitting yarn B to the chain-stitched warp A.
