<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating stool seat which can certainly and easily join an upper case and a lower case, excels in an assembling nature, prevents water from entering into the stool seat, and can be sanitarily employed. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the stool seat 20 which is mounted on a toilet stool and is equipped with a stool seat heater 26A, which is a heating means, in internal space, the upper case 21 having an annular seated plane where a user sits down and the lower case 22 opposite to the plane of the toilet stool are included; the upper case 21 and the lower case 22 are joined by having a hollow part in the inside, and the upper case 21 and the lower case 22 are joined by a fixing section which consists of a naillike projection portion 22j and a riblike projection portion 22i which are prepared in the lower case.
