PURPOSE: An ultrasonic diagnostic system and a medical treatment diagnostic system thereof are provided to observe the change of the region of interest in a same probe position by storing the location information of a probe with an ultrasonic image. CONSTITUTION: An ultrasonic diagnostic part(10) offers an ultrasound image signal in a real time. A medical treatment tool location information providing part(20) comprises a base coordinate offering part and a coordinate image acquisition part. An image formation part(50) forms an ultrasonic image by receiving the ultrasonic image signal. The image formation part forms the surgical operation image by using the location information of the medical treatment tool corresponding to the ultrasound image signal. A storage part(60) stores the ultrasonic image, the location information of the medical treatment tool, the visual information, and the surgical operation image. A display part(70) displays at least one among the ultrasonic image and the surgical operation image.
