PURPOSE: A voice-pals for foreign language training is provided to give a chance to learn a foreign language voluntarily. CONSTITUTION: Two pen pal letter documents are distributed to two trainees comprising a one pair. The trainees record a voice message based on the received letter documents. The recorded message is delivered to an opponent trainee.
