PURPOSE: A flexible disk type harmonic drive reducer is provided to uniformly maintain the performance of a speed reducer by adjusting the engagement gap of gears in order to control a backlash amount. CONSTITUTION: An input shaft is rotatably installed to a first housing(12a). A body(10) includes a second housing which is combined to the first housing. A flexible disk(20) is installed on the end of an output shaft. A round plate shape of a first gear unit(22) is formed on the one edge of the flexible disk. A second gear unit(30) is formed in the second housing. A pressurization unit(40) is installed on the end of the input shaft and includes a roller to be closed adhered to the rear side of the first gear unit.
