PURPOSE: An endotracheal tube, inserting and exchanging method thereof are provided, which make endotracheal tube changed easily. CONSTITUTION: An endotracheal tube exchanging method comprises: a step of interlinking the tube for length extension to the one termination of the first endotracheal tube(500) in which the inside diameter is 3mm or less; a step of inserting a first endotracheal tube to which the tube for length extension is connected into the endotracheal tube inserted into the organ; and a step of inserting second endotracheal tube(600) into the first endotracheal tube after removing the inserted endotracheal tube.
