<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent antenna characteristics from being deteriorated even if the physical state of a mobile terminal is changed. <P>SOLUTION: The mobile terminal can be changed in a physical state, and includes a connection circuit which connects a metallic body mounted to the mobile terminal to the ground, and a connection determination means of determining whether the metallic body is connected to the ground when a change in the physical state is detected, and outputting a control signal to the connection circuit when it is determined that the metallic body is connected to the ground.
